Our Team
Akram Alqadasi - Founder
Akram spent four years as a Strategy & Planning Director in Riyadh, following a 7-year as a Senior Strategy Analyst in Jeddah and 2 years specializing in manpower development in Riyadh. He holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, Spain and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Systems/Strategy.
Oke Egbi - Co-founder
With over 13 years leading marketing & product strategy and scaling businesses, she brings a wealth of experience, across product development, marketing and communications, business strategy, and operational process optimization. She holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School, Spain & an MSC from Coventry University, United kingdom.
Jose Chancafe - Co-founder
With over a decade working with Microsoft, Jose has extensive experience in Digital products and processes where he’s led digital transformation initiatives and managed SMB cloud transformations across Latin America, Mexico, San Jose, Costa Rica, China, etc. With multiple tech certifications, Jose’s passion is transforming businesses profitably by empowering them with technology.
Ramón Montoya - Co-founder
With over 17 years of experience, Ramon, a senior-level manager, has made significant contributions across the Healthcare, Transportation, and IT sectors. He has demonstrated expertise in leading teams, including worldwide virtual teams, and managing change projects, particularly in integrating processes and establishing Quality Management Systems across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America.
Betsey Medow - Co-founder
Betsey has a diverse background in education and program management, currently serving as an Associate Director of a prestigious business school. Her passion is working closely with small and medium-sized enterprises, understanding their unique needs, and implementing tailored solutions to drive business growth. She has experience in coordinating administrative processes, overseeing program operations, and supporting special projects.
